A free medical clinic and pharmacy, the Virginia B. Andes Volunteer Community Clinic provides qualified Charlotte County residents with episodic medical services, prescription medication, patient assistance programs at no cost; regardless of race, religion, color, creed, or national origin.
With the support of the Charlotte County medical community and the community at large, the Virginia B. Andes Volunteer Community Clinic will assist those who are making a sincere effort to help themselves and their families realize optimum health.
As a volunteer clinic and pharmacy, and associated with the Volunteers in Medicine Alliance, we practice the philosophy of a "Culture of Caring." This philosophy recognizes the strengths of those in need and respects their dignity. We seek to heal not only physical illness, but also the injury caused by bias, prejudice, and indifference.
